Stefan Pieger, the firm has constantly been growing its user base. Medisoft was founded in 1997, and has since grown to be the supplier of by far the most widely-used ophthalmology electronic medical records (EMR) system in the UK. The system is in use at over 50 NHS Trusts and at several private hospitals and ISTCs.
